Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapenos

  • 15 Each-Fresh Jalapeno’s – halved/deseeded
  • 8 Ounces-Cream Cheese
  • 1 ½ Cups-Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese – shredded
  • 2 Tablespoons-All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Pound-Smoked Bacon {sliced} cut in half

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Place cream cheese/cheddar/flour in a bowl and mixed by hand until well combined.
  3. Begin filling each jalapeno half with cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap with a half piece of bacon and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until peppers are tender and bacon is crispy.
