- 4 Cup-Baby Kale
- To Taste-Caesar Dressing-see recipe below
- 1 Each-Lemon-cut into wedges
- To Taste-Parmesan Cheese-grated
- To Taste-Black Pepper-fresh cracked
- Place kale in a mixing bowl and toss with just enough dressing to coat.
- Place on individual plates/serving platter.
- Grate over parmesan cheese to taste and dust with toasted bread crumbs.
- Serve with a lemon wedge and fresh cracked black pepper.
