Kale Caesar Salad

  • 4 Cup-Baby Kale
  • To Taste-Caesar Dressing-see recipe below
  • 1 Each-Lemon-cut into wedges
  • To Taste-Parmesan Cheese-grated
  • To Taste-Black Pepper-fresh cracked


  1. Place kale in a mixing bowl and toss with just enough dressing to coat.
  2. Place on individual plates/serving platter.
  3. Grate over parmesan cheese to taste and dust with toasted bread crumbs.
  4. Serve with a lemon wedge and fresh cracked black pepper.
