“It’s That Simple” Foccacia Bread

  • 1-14 Ounce-Pizza Dough Ball-store bought or your favorite recipe
  • 1/4 Cup-Olive Oil-plus extra to drizzle on the top
  • 2 Each-Garlic Clove-Smashed into a paste
  • 2 Teaspoons-Fresh Oregano-leaves only, rough chopped
  • 1/4 Cup-Parmesan Cheese-grated


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Over low heat warm olive oil and garlic in a 10” Iron skillet until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool while proofing the dough
  4. Flatten dough into a small circle, dimple dough with fingertips and let rise covered for 15 minutes.
  5. Place dough in skillet, press out to sides.
  6. Flip dough and top with oregano and parmesan, dimple dough, let rest another 15 minutes, covered.
  7. Drizzle with a little oil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until dark golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven/skillet, slice into wedges and serve.
